If we both elect to move forward, we’ll schedule next steps and establish firm timelines.

The confidential, non-binding “Request for Consideration” demonstrates to Urban Air Parks Franchising that you are serious about exploring this opportunity and want to learn more about Urban Air Parks Franchise. There is no obligation or commitment to invest at this point; once we’ve received and discussed your Request For Consideration, we will set up our next call to provide the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which includes more detail on training, mutual obligations, the initial investment, average park volume and ongoing expenses associated with owning and operating the business.
FUNDING PROCESS AND TERRITORY ANALYSIS
Urban Air Parks Franchising has dedicated small-business lender relationships in place, and can help you understand the funding environment, what to expect, and the different options that could be available. We will make introductions with our funding partners, who can assist you in understanding and completing their processes. During this step, we will also review your potential Urban Air Parks Franchise target area and site selection/real estate process.
BUSINESS REVIEW OF FRANCHISE DISCLOSURE DOCUMENT
The Federal Trade Commission requires a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which is thoroughly reviewed with prospective candidates. This is a comprehensive information outlay, including our company background, management team, a detailed breakdown of the total investment, average park volume, a full list of current Franchisees, franchise agreements, our company financials and more. We want to make sure you fully understand every aspect of the business and our mutual obligations. It is also critical that we document your selection criteria and ensure that Urban Air Parks Franchise is the right fit for you.
ATTEND DISCOVERY DAY EVENT
This is your opportunity to meet our entire executive team in person and ask the tough questions. You’ll be immersed in the Urban Air Parks Franchise culture and the ways we can help you accomplish your goals through possibly becoming an Urban Air Parks franchisee. You’ll get to visit and a have hands on experience in one of our Urban Air Parks. You will have the opportunity to share even more details as to why you possibly becoming an Urban Air franchisee is the right choice. No final decisions are made at discovery day.
FINAL FRANCHISEE REVIEW & FINANCIAL VALIDATION
Once you’ve attended a Discovery Day and received an award letter, you will have a final call to review next steps and any other questions.
SIGN SITE SELECTION & FRANCHISE AGREEMENT
Congratulations you have secured a lease for your Urban Air Park and you are now a member of the Urban Air Parks Franchise family. Upon receipt of the signed Franchise Agreement and initial fees, we will schedule a hand-off call with our Real Estate/Site Selection & On-Boarding team within two days. This call starts the new Franchisee real estate/site selection process and once a site is secured a schedule for training and planning for a successful launch. Our dedicated On-Boarding and Operations team will ensure that you are well-equipped and trained as you begin your new business.
