The timeframe for opening your Urban Air adventure park franchise will depend on how quickly the lease is secured. Once the When that happens, you could potentially open your new park within 12 months.

To be considered for our trampoline park franchise, we require a minimum of $750K in liquid cash funds as a franchise owner. Urban Air may require that an applicant have a significantly higher amount of unencumbered liquid assets available as well.

The Average Urban Air Gross Sales** for a 2.0 Park is $4,960,132 and $5,953,507 for a 2.5 Park based on the 2025 FDD, based on the annual gross sales from January 1, 2024, through December 31, 2024, of the 148 reporting franchised adventure parks in operation during that entire period. A new franchisee’s individual results may differ from the results stated in Item 19 of the FDD.
