  • Q:How do I start the process of applying for an Urban Air Adventure Park franchise?

  • Q:How long have you been in business?

    A:Urban Air has been in business since 2011 and began franchising in 2014.

  • Q:How long will the approval process take?

    A:The new franchisee discovery process generally takes between 45 and 60 days.

  • Q:How soon can I get my park open?

    A:This will depend on how quickly the lease is secured. When that happens, you could potentially open your new park within 12 months.

  • Q:What is the initial franchise fee?

    A:The initial franchise fee is $100,000.

  • Q:What is the royalty fee?

    A:The royalty fee is 7%.

  • Q:Is financing available for your trampoline park franchise?

    A:Unfortunately, we do not, but we will introduce you to our preferred lenders who have helped other franchisees finance their parks.

  • Q:How much cash do I need to get started?

    A:To be considered for our franchise, we require a minimum of $750K in liquid cash funds. Urban Air may require that an applicant have a significantly higher amount of unencumbered liquid assets available as well.

  • Q:What is the required initial investment?

    A:The initial investment, based on our 2024 Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) Item 7, ranges from $3,554,475 - $8,332,097. This number will depend on the size of your park and the attractions.

  • Q:What is the average park sales volume?

    A:The Average Gross Sales for a 2.0 Park is $3,338,708 and $4,381,993 for a 2.5 Park based on the 2024 FDD, based on the annual gross sales from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023, of the 123 reporting franchised adventure parks in operation during that entire period. A new franchisee’s individual results may differ from the results stated in Item 19 of the FDD.

  • Q:How much can I make as a trampoline park franchise owner?

    A:Your success is ultimately in your hands. That said, profitability will depend on a few factors. These include financing terms, operating and occupancy costs, and your ability to operate your business effectively.

  • Q:Do your parks serve food and beverages?

    A:Yes! Each of our parks offers an easy-to-execute, fast-casual concept inside the park.

  • Q:Do I have to live in the same market where I operate my park?

    A:Urban Air will evaluate proposed operating structures on a case-by-case basis. More than half of our trampoline park franchise owners enjoy remote ownership and operate parks outside of their home market, and many franchisees own parks in multiple markets and states.

  • Q:Do I get a protected territory for my park?

    A:Yes, every park has a protected territory.

  • Q:If I am interested in a specific area, how can I find out what is available?

    A:Both new and existing Urban Air sites are offered to our existing franchisees or to new franchisees that have been approved and awarded a franchise agreement.

  • Q:Can I own more than one Urban Air park?

    A:Yes! In fact, our trampoline park franchise is seeking individuals who are capable of operating multiple locations.

  • Q:Can I attend a Launch Day?

    A:Yes, candidates who successfully complete steps 1-5 of our Discovery Process are invited to attend a Launch Day at our headquarters in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. Contact the Urban Air team today to learn more.

  • Q:How much training do you provide new Urban Air franchise owners?

    A:We require all our new owners to complete our training program prior to opening an Urban Air Adventure Park. Our franchising department will review the new franchisee training program with you, and you can also review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

  • Q:Have any of your parks ever closed?

    A:To date, none of our parks have closed.

  • Q:Are you expanding internationally?
