The Average Unit Volume is $2,356,504 based off of the 2020 FDD.
Urban Air Adventure Park 2020 FDD – based on the annual gross sales from January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019 of the 40 franchised 2.0 Adventure Parks that operated during that entire period. A new franchisee’s individual results may differ from the results stated in Item 19 of the FDD.

Over 50% of our franchisees enjoy remote ownership and operate parks outside of their home market. We will evaluate proposed operating structure on a case-by-case basis. Many of our franchisees own parks in multiple markets and states.
Yes, each park has a protected territory.
Urban Air sites, both new and existing, are offered to our existing franchisees or to new franchisees that have been approved and awarded a franchise agreement.
