Our Franchise Team Will Help You Find the Best Location for Your Urban Air Adventure Park
Here comes the exciting part: building your Urban Air Adventure Park. We put a lot of consideration into the site-selection process, keeping in mind location demographics, nearby businesses, street traffic and visibility, among other factors.
Thankfully, we have a stellar track record planting our parks in the best spots.
While the timeline varies from market to market, generally, the Urban Air timeline from initial conversation to Park opening follows a fairly methodical approach. First, you complete the Urban Air Discovery Process for Steps 1-8 in 45-60 days.
-
Step 9: Kick Off Call
Within two days of executing the franchise agreement, we’ll conduct a kickoff call with you and and our Project Management team to discuss your territory and begin considering possibilities.
-
Step 10: Letter of Intent
Working with our Master and Local Broker, we’ll review all sites that meet minimum requirements and begin submitting LOIs -- or Letters of Intent. We’ll schedule tours and negotiate with landlords on rates. (By the way, landlords love us because we’re reliable, safe and attract foot traffic to neighboring businesses.)
-
Step 11: Final LOI and Fit Test
Final LOI is agreed to and then formally placed into a lease agreement. Urban Air also performs a test fit on the potential location for layout of attractions, Café, number of party rooms, etc.
-
Step 12: More Financial Discussions
Final LOI is then used to create proforma and move to start speaking with creditors. As the financial discussions are taking place, final LOI is placed into lease agreement. Lease agreement is reviewed, and revisions are addressed to final lease agreement and financing is secured in 60 – 90 days.
-
Step 13: Construction Begins
This is when you see it all come together! You’ll have an assigned project manager overseeing the architectural, engineering and construction phase.

So, How Long Does It Take?
You know what they say, Rome wasn’t built in a day. Same goes for our adventure parks. Finding the perfect site, securing financing, designing, and building all takes time but it comes with a high reward! It generally takes 18 to 24 months from the kickoff call to the installation of the final attraction. That’s because we want to get it absolutely right. There’s a lot at stake, including the safety of our guests.
But at the end, you’ll be the proud owner of the most exciting, innovative indoor amusement park in your community.
